Sometimes we don’t think much of routine things; but it’s God’s mercies that allow us to get out of bed, have something to eat, be clothed and in our right mind and to go about our daily or planned activities.
The Lord’s mercies are new everyday. Great is His faithfulness. How refreshing.
Scripture reference: Lamentations 3:23
It may be due to a certain stance, belief, opinion or appearance
It my be a natural, God given, or learned from life experiences
In standing out for the Lord or good of mankind; be radiant and resilient
Have the strength to go the distance
If Standing out for your beliefs
Be strong as everyone will not be pleased
Continue to work for what you want to gain
For your labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58)
If for a God given reason you’re standing out
It is He that made you and not you yourself (Psalm 100:3)
He meant you to be different from anyone else.
The new medicine will help temporarily
But wondering if this illness will forever plague me
I wanted to cry, or ask God why
But knowing things could be worse, I looked on the bright side
To figure out how to deal with this in life
Diagnosis sounds serious and permanent
But they too can be incorrect
Because a permanent cure is in God’s hands
Jesus miraculously cured the woman suffering for 12 years (Luke 8:43-48)
He miraculously restored eye sight (Mark 8:22-24)
Even brought back dead to life (John 11:38-44)
Even in the unknown wilderness
There is a bright spot that brings hope and light
So, I’m learning to cope and endure
But still praying for a permanent cure.
