Hold On To The Dream

Hold on to the dream
As impossible as it may seem
to come true
Without vision, the people perish (Proverbs 29:18)

Even though the odds seem insurmountable
Jesus said with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26)
Continue to work very hard
Pray, your efforts will be blessed by God

It’s easier to give up
But you’ve come to far
One day, it’s got to pay
God will bless in His own time and way
To the faith cling
And hold on to the dream.

God Ain’t Out Of Resources

So what now? I’ve tried everything

All avenues closed, all doors shut

But God ain’t out of resources yet

Here He comes up with things I never tried

God, where did you get that? I want to imply

Depression had set in deep

The future looked so bleak

I’m so tired, my body so weak

As I continue to defy defeat

but it’s amazing

just as I’m about to quit

God says here, try this

And again I realize Who He is, and What He has

And I get rejuvenated to try again

The end isn’t here I must not forget

Because God ain’t out of resources yet.

Scripture
Psalm 104:24 O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches

Let Us Not Be Weary In Well Doing

The work of the Lord will bear fruit

It may not be immediately visible to see

But keep on working

For we shall reap if we faint not

So let us not be weary in well doing

After all, does God get tired of running the earth?

Does He get tired of waking up the sun?

Or letting the rain fall

He keeps the earth in tact in all

Does He get tired of hearing our prayers

Does He stop giving us blessings

No matter how weary, keep going

If He doesn’t stop, neither should we

Keep doing God’s outreach

It’s not for you, but for others to see.

Scripture a Reference:

Galatians 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
